Peyk Raisin Spirit is crafted through the natural fermentation of premium raisins. This spirit, long produced and enjoyed discreetly in Iran,  has been reinvented by Peyk in a fully standardised form. It can be consumed neat and chilled; gentle cooling highlights the spirit's smoothness without masking its raisin character. When used in cocktails, it is preferable to keep the combinations simple so that the spirit’s core flavour is maintained.
