Saboo is an oak aged Persian raisin spirit bottled at 40% ABV and matured in French oak barrels. Distilled from selected raisins, this Aragh Sagi 40% sits within the PEYK collection and carries a light amber colour drawn from its time in wood. It is produced in the UK by Crafted Elixir Ltd and available from June 2026.
